Our Mission: To promote and conduct targeted Trap Neuter Vaccinate Return (TNVR) of community cat colonies and educate caregivers on best colony management practices.

Our Vision: Cat Trap Fever envisions a future where the community cat population of Cumberland County is managed through the cooperation of the public, nonprofit organizations and municipalities by education, implementation, and promotion of a Trap Neuter Vaccinate Return (TNVR) program. CTF will work with members of the public, animal control officers and other related nonprofit organizations to improve and update local laws and regulations regarding community cats as well as promoting a Return To Field (RTF) program for the Cumberland County Animal Shelter.
